Cancellations (Managing Subscriptions)

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time after a 14-day trial period from the delivery of your first order. We encourage you to try the product during this time before deciding (because consistency = results).

To cancel, simply log in to you customer account, where you can cancel, pause or reschedule your subscriptions in your customer portal page.

How Subscriptions Work

Your subscription renews every 1, 3, or 5 months depending on which bundle you’ve selected. After each renewal, Promethean Lab ships your bottles straight to you.

·         Choose 1 Bottle → billed monthly → 1 bottles show up monthly. 

·         Choose 3 Bottles → billed every 3 months → 3 bottles show up every 3 months. 

·         Choose 5 Bottles → billed every 5 months → 5 bottles show up every 5 months.
